Fitness and Classes
The company understands that each member has distinct goals that they want to achieve while working out. For this reason, they divided their classes into the following:
- Burn – These are cardio exercises that will burn your calories, while testing your speed, stamina, movement, and endurance. Classes include Pulse Powered by Clubbercise, Group Cycle, and Grid Lean.
- Build – These are strength-building exercises that will condition and tone your body, and create a fitter and meaner physique. The classes you can join are: Barre Powered by BootyBarre, UGI (You’ve Got It), and TRX (Total Body Resistance).
- Balance – The trainings are geared toward working every muscle to align your mind and body, and become strong, supple, and flexible. They have Pilates, Body Balance (combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates), and Hatha Yoga.
Whatever your fitness goals are, you can find something that will fit your criteria in classes for beginners, weight loss, indoor cycling, toning, stress relief, core strength, HIIT, and building strength.
Virgin Active has membership plans available for corporations and individuals. If you would like to inquire about corporate membership, read their brochure first.
Their options for individuals include the following: 12-Month Package, Flexible Monthly, and Vitality. They offer discounts for 16+ years youth, members aged 18-25, and joint members. Some of the perks you might enjoy are multi-club access, exclusive events, great discounts and win goodies.
Members can share the fun of getting fit with a friend or a family member using a Virgin Active guest pass. The pass will enable the guest to take a class, hit the weights, or go for a swim.
The company also offers a digital day pass that will allow an individual to get a complimentary access to one of their health clubs in the United Kingdom.
The person must be 18 years of age or over and not a current member of a UK Virgin Active Health Club. Check out the terms and conditions to learn more about it.
